Modelur is a SketchUp extension that enables architects, urban designers, and planners to perform massing, feasibility studies, and urban design exploration directly in SketchUp, with real-time data feedback via Excel. It stores data locally (not in the cloud) and provides automated real-time calculations to support data-driven design, allowing users to iterate more design options quickly and improve project quality and client outcomes.
