How AI describes Rethink Food

Rethink Food is a chef-led nonprofit on a mission to create a more sustainable and equitable food system. They partner with restaurants, community-based organizations, and food donors to deliver nutritious meals to food-insecure communities, while creating jobs and supporting local small businesses through their Restaurant Programs and Sustainable Community Kitchen. Since 2017, they’ve directed $143 million to local restaurants and distributed 30 million meals across six cities, converting 2.8 million pounds of donated food into meals and advocating for policy changes to transform the food system.
