How AI describes Rowscan

Rowscan Constellation provides satellite-based right-of-way patrols for U.S. midstream pipelines by fusing Sentinel-1 SAR and Sentinel-2 optical imagery to detect ground disturbance, new structures, excavation, and vegetation clearing, with AI-driven severity and confidence and PHMSA-format alert evidence. It’s designed to replace or augment helicopter patrols, offering continuous monitoring on a 5–6 day revisit cycle and align with PHMSA Direct Final Rule (2025) permitting satellite patrols and the 2026 Class Location Change Rule for continuous monitoring. The platform delivers an end-to-end detection chain and evidence packs—geometry, change polygons, dispositions, timestamps, cryptographic chain of custody—and correlates alerts with historical PHMSA data and hazard context.
