Starlab Space Station is a commercial, modular space station in low-Earth orbit enabling continuous human presence for research, manufacturing, and commercial operations. It features docking ports, a SKYMAKER robotic arm, a Bishop science airlock, and internal and external payload laboratories, including 13 internal payload platforms on two decks (130 MDLEs) and two external platforms for external experiments. Its mission is to design, build, and operate a next-generation space station that advances microgravity research, enables commercial innovation, and supports international collaboration to strengthen the low-Earth orbit economy.
