I would not automatically buy Maximo/SAP EAM just because you're a manufacturing plant.

Have your maintenance supervisor and two technicians participate in the demo.
The CMMS that handles that workflow with the fewest clicks and least resistance is probably your best choice. This is consistent with what maintenance professionals are saying in current discussions: actual technician workflow and adoption are more important than a feature checklist.
For the typical manufacturing Plant Manager: MaintainX.
For a more complex, integration-heavy plant: Fiix.
For a reliability-engineering-driven plant: Limble.
For a large enterprise with very complex asset/EAM requirements: Maximo.
